As a Sr HR Generalist- Integrated Supply Chain andManufacturing at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providingcomprehensive HR support to our unionized facility in Colonial Heights, VA andUS Region. You will partner with leaders and employees to drive HR initiatives,ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and foster a positiveemployee experience. Your expertise in HR policies, employee relations, andtalent management will contribute to the success of our organization. You willreport directly to our Regional Senior HR Manager and work out of our ColonialHeights, VA location with other location responsibilities as assigned. In thisrole, you will have a direct impact on employee engagement, talent development,and organizational effectiveness. You will be responsible for managing employeerelations, implementing HR programs, and driving continuous improvement in HRprocesses while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employeeson various HR matters, including employee relations, performance management,and talent development.
• Partnerwith business leaders to understand talent needs and develop effectiverecruitment strategies.
• Conductfull-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,and onboarding of new hires
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective bargainingagreements, and company policies.
• Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations,and recommend appropriate actions. • Partner with HR COEs to implement HRprograms and initiatives, such as talent acquisition, compensation, andbenefits.
• Support the implementation of performance managementprocesses, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training anddevelopment needs and facilitate learning opportunities for employees.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster apositive work environment.
• Provide guidance and support during organizationalchanges, including restructures and workforce planning.
• Maintain HR data and generate reports to support HRmetrics and analytics.
• Participate in the union grievance process while workingwith leadership to resolve grievance matters.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR generalist role,with focus on supporting Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing functions.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, collective bargainingagreements, and HR best practices.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management,and talent development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
