Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ (BCA) Human Resources (HR) 737 Program is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Moses Lake, WA. This dynamic role is responsible for providing strategic HR support to the 737 Program Delivery Operations Moses Lake team. This position leads HR strategies and solutions that meet the organization’s business priorities and establishes a people-focused culture that models Boeing’s values and behaviors.
Position Responsibilities:
- Act as the Moses Lake HR Site Leadership and visible HR presence with the manufacturing/production employees and managers for real-time engagement and solutions
- Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues in a positive and fair manner
- Deploy and administer HR programs, policies, practices, and processes and serve as subject matter expert (e.g., performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
- Partner with manufacturing/production leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and address workforce challenges
- Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to provide input on HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and support the delivery of programs
- Identify recurring employee concerns or trends, reporting these to HR leadership to develop proactive solutions or interventions
- Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate; influencing process improvement by working with others
- Coach all team member levels including management and executive leaders on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture-to-performance outcomes
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and implement integrated HR initiatives that align with and advance organizational objectives
- Serve as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels, addressing concerns, guiding company policies, providing HR consultation and coaching, and acting as a neutral party in resolving conflicts
- Champion Boeing’s values and behaviors—modeling our expectations and reinforcing them through consistent employee interactions
- Lead and mentor within the HR team, helping with on-boarding, leading initiatives, and provide subject matter expertise on HR initiatives

- Champion Change: Act as a liaison between management and employees, advocating for their needs and helping to implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Address employee inquiries and concerns in real-time, providing solutions and support to foster a collaborative work environment
- Data-Driven Insights: Collect feedback and insights from employees to identify trends and areas for improvement, helping to shape our HR strategies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
- 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes
- 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
- 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
- 5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions and/or programs
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- Human Resources certification (SHRM and/or PHR Certification)
- 3+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
- Experience with manufacturing, hourly and union workforce
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; high-impact communication style
- Experience analyzing data and metrics and presenting data-driven HR solutions to senior leaders
- Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $119,000 - $161,000
