Boeings Human Resources function is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Boeing Commercial Airplanes Human Resources (HR) team supporting our Production and Maintenance talent in North Charleston, SC. As a strategic HR partner, you’ll partner with leadership, HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to design and deliver talent strategies and HR processes.

This position requires a Human Resources Business Partner who demonstrates the knowledge, experience, and ability to create and deploy integrated HR initiatives. This position supports the 787 Production and Maintenance team and works in close partnership with the 787 HR Business Partner program peers and HR CoEs, in addition to leading critical initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead workforce related initiatives including staffing and LRBP planning
• Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
• Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation and ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior management and executive leadership across the Business, Function and HR
• Assist in shaping and influence the Business vision, mission, priorities and long-range plans
• Partner with the CoEs and local HR teams to ensure understanding and alignment of talent strategy and to ensure planning, execution and realization are achieved through solutions, programs and policies
• Collaborate with HR peers to enable the organization’s HR / business strategies, and ensure the efficient delivery of HR products, tools and services
• Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
• 5+ years of experience in deploying and administering HR programs, policies, practices and processes
• 5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders
• 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
• Experience analyzing data and metrics to identify future organization needs

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Human Resources certification(s)
• Experience adapting to changing scope, responsibilities and job requirements
• Strategic thinking, strong written and oral communication skills
• Comprehensive understanding of business priorities and be able to translate them into action plans that drive business results

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $142,800 - $193,200
