About Position / Position Summary
Boeing Human Resources is currently looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Bangalore, India. The Senior Human Resources Generalist works closely with the International Human Resources Team including Centers of Expertise (COE) to execute country wide programs and projects. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional employee’s experience by focusing on delivery of organizational HR activities. This role focuses on championing the Boeing Values and behaviors and collaborating with other HR team members along with business units to deliver programs to retain and develop employees. Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes across India and develops integrated HR initiatives and partners with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies solutions to advance organizational objectives.
This role will be based out of Bengaluru, India.
Position Responsibilities:
Building relationships with key stakeholders in region to identify trends, diagnose issues and formulate local solutions in line with HR processes and defined strategy or direction
Project manage and co-ordinate programs by collaboration across business groups, to ensure smooth implementation and task efficiency
Advise / coach managers on people implications of local business decisions, utilizing knowledge of HR processes, frameworks, best practices and local employment legislations
Use data and analytics to identify trends and issues in the region and work with business groups to formulate and operationalize solutions
Operate as point of contact when situations requiring rapid response or immediate action are identified
Supporting the development and coaching of management and employees in region to adopt and employ prevailing policies
Partner with the HR leadership on various site related issues to be addressed and decisions to be made
Provide timely feedback / local customer insight to the COEs and International HR team to support continuous improvement
Lead or conduct employee investigations, track and monitor case activities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Significant experience and exposure in creating employee value proposition and have had experiences in certifications in Great Places to Work, Best companies to work and others that have enhance employee experience, HR process and practices in the organization
Significant experience in Project Management in an HR generalist/ Business Partner role with exposure to specialist HR assignments
Been part of a senior leadership team and partnered to drive people strategy for the business in the Product or Hi-tech industry space
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience ) :
Advanced project management skills with demonstrated capability on design and execution of complex projects
Strong business partnership and experience in working with leaders in managing the day to day HR function
Display professional maturity and responsiveness in dealing with complex people related items
Be inclusive in approach and diversity of ideas and thoughts at the workplace
Take ownership of the people agenda and be a change agent
Be tenacious to drive through complex situations with sensitivity
Possess organizational savvy and bring strong relationship skills to build consensus or take tough decisions
Developed assessment and coaching skills and work to enhance leadership effectiveness
Proactive, ability to see around corners to develop policies and programs ahead of time
