Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for Change Management to lead the organizational change efforts for a transformational implementation of Workday at United. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption of Workday across the enterprise by focusing on the people side of change. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives, exceptional leadership skills, and applied expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies.

- Develop/execute comprehensive change management strategies tailored to a Workday implementation.

- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring alignment and sponsorship from key leaders and personas.

- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to identify risks and opportunities.

- Design/personify communication plans to inform and engage employees at all levels.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan, from concept to completion.

- Co-Develop robust training programs to equip employees with the skills/knowledge needed for Workday adoption.

- Monitor/measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, adjusting as needed to achieve desired outcomes, executing with agility.

- Lead as a trusted advisor to senior/executive leadership, providing insights/recommendations to drive successful change.

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

- 7+ years of experience in either Change Management or Organizational Behavior Development

- At least 3 years of leadership experience

- Strong knowledge of Workday and its impact on organizational processes

- Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs

- High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate organizational dynamics effectively

- 20-50 travel or as needed

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience in enterprise-wide Enterprise Resource Planning implementations

- Familiarity with agile project management practices/frameworks

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


The base pay range for this role is $124,735.00 to $169,950.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
