Responsibilities

Job Summary

Ensure their Line Maintenance Station has current technical data, tools, equipment, and material necessary to accomplish routine and non-routine maintenance for which they are authorized. Administer staffing necessary to support Line Station Maintenance Operations.

  • Provide direction and supervision of Maintenance Supervisors ensuring a team focus is present and maintained.
  • Provide guidance and oversight ensuring Supervisors and Support groups coordinate and execute daily planned Line Maintenance.
  • Work collectively with Maintenance Supervisors to ensure maintenance is accomplished in compliance with Company Policies and Manuals. 
  • Ensure Maintenance Supervisors are highly training and effective. Interface with various providers, vendors and support groups to ensure all resources are staged and maintained for each maintenance event.
  • Continuously improve the performance and readiness of the station maintenance team.
  • Station maintenance safety culture.
  • Station maintenance quality, compliance and preparedness.
  • Station maintenance training and team building.
  • The day to day execution and improvement of maintenance processes.
  • Leadership and guidance of the Maintenance Supervisors.
  • Maintenance facilities and equipment.
  • Domestic & International travel under 10 of time.

  • Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (e.g., emergencies change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments). 

 


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

 

Experience

5-7 years’ relevant work experience
