- Lead the Commercial Spares Administration Order Management function
- Empower a multi-shift team to deliver a first-class customer experience.
- Motivate & coach a team of three supervisors & their teams to enhance technical skills, and increase overall business acumen.
- Capable of having difficult conversations and leveraging performance management skills for both high and low performers.
- Develop process-oriented solutions that ensure appropriate & equitable workload distribution amongst a team of various job scope.
- Monitor organizational success & maturity through KPIs that tie to overall business strategy.
- Propose & operationalize multiple, CORE projects with minimal supervision
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues.
- Serve as primary Power & Controls focal for the Philippines site. Partner with broader site to development talent pipeline opportunities within and outside the department.
- Individual must be reliable, accountable, & capable of displaying situational leadership.
- Individual should be a data driven decision maker, creative problem solver, & vocal advocate for their team.
- Individual will work onsite 4 days/week and various shifts throughout the month to ensure leadership accessibility to entire Philippines team.
- Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
What You Will Do:
- Sets objectives and guides others on execution/approach for achievement of operational results.
- Support and collaborate with internal functional teams (Operation & Strategy Team, Customer Response Center, Customer Business Directors, Airline Support Managers, Afterspanet Program Managers etc.).
- Support, prepare present to senior leadership/key stakeholders on business initiatives/operations
- Manage and adhere to key Customer Spares Administration business processes.
