As a Senior Manager, Finance Systemshere at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing ourfinance systems to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations. You willhave the opportunity to lead a team of finance professionals and collaboratewith cross-functional teams to support the organizations financial objectives.

This role will be based in our Charlotte, NC company headquarters with a flexible hybrid work schedule. (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and we are willing to consider relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve and implement changes to applications: Metadata hierarchies (Chart of Accounts, Entities), custom dimensions, mapping tables, rules/scripting, security.  
  • Validate data and controls within FDMEE / HFM processes.  
  • Manage submission requirements and data flow of various reporting processes: Actuals, Forecast, Plan, etc.
  • Application / performance support jointly with IT function
  • Facilitate delivery of core financial statements, Qtr. schedules, FP&A reporting
  • Provide global end-user training, reference materials, and technical support 
  • Manage audit & compliance deliverables, testing, walk-throughs

You Must Have: 

  •  5 years of HFM Administration experience
  • 5 years of Finance / Accounting experience including Financial statement and Global consolidations command
  • 5 years of US GAAP 10/K-Q General experience required
  • 3 years of experience with the aggregation of SBG schedules to a footnote for US GAAP 10/K-Q 

We Value:

  •  Bachelors Degree in Finance / Accounting, or IT
  • 3 years XBRL tagging experience
  • Certification in EPM or Minor in IT/IS if primary degree is Finance
  • Formal training and competency in HFM and FDMEE application administration
  • Dimensional database / data management in context of finance
  • Global process and customer mindset
  • Excellent trouble-shooting capability
  • Understanding of IT for infrastructure, process, and development needs
  • ERP understanding
  • Capacity to work autonomously and proactively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Grasp of FP&A / business measurement
