None/Not RequiredThe Senior Manager, Site Controller – will lead all Accounting and Controllership activities at our Monroe, NC MRO (Maintenance Repair Operation) Site. This site services a wide variety of aerospace components across multiple Collins’ business units in addition to supporting afterspanet repair services for over 100 different airline customers across the world. It is a center of excellence and location of increased capital investment firmly cementing its place in the future of the organization.
Our Monroe leadership team is looking for a dynamic self-starter to join our organization. This role provides the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams locally as well as internationally. You will perform as a key member of the site leadership team, partnering with GMT to achieve site objectives and drive competitive financial excellence.
You will work onsite in Monroe, NC. Relocation assistance is available.
What You Will Do:
- Lead site month-end close responsibilities, including adherence to business deadlines, reviewing journal entries, supplemental account loads and associated reconciliations.
- Review all monthly financial requirements and reporting including actual, forecast and budget information for the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement mainly utilizing SAP and HFM.
- Lead FP&A activities; including LE, AOP, LRP and partnering with customer finance teams across supported Collin’s business units (Advanced Structures, Interiors, Power and Controls)
- Network with senior internal personnel in support of the portfolio and represent the site as the prime contact related to financial information and projections. Establish strong business partner relationship with GMT.
- Validate risks and opportunities to ensure that the team and management are informed of the financial status and impacts and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement activities both in the finance organization and providing direct input for the other departments within site.
- Support and maintain a strong controls environment including adherence to company policies and procedures as well as to Sarbanes-Oxley & GAAP requirements.
- Site finance lead for product portfolio transformation; partnering with SMO (separation management office), advising on site strategy, and providing guidance on paths to execution
Must Have Qualifications:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience in accounting and finance or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Experience in people leadership (performance management, talent development, engagement etc.)
Qualifications We Prefer:
- CPA/CMA or CPA/CMA certification
- Prior experience in FP&A with an ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership through effective storytelling and executive-level presentations.
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Proficiency in ERP system (SAP preferred) and experience with OneStream
- Advanced excel skills, Microsoft Office suite of products

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
