Boeing is looking for a Senior Manager - Systems and Integrations reporting to the .

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand current business processes and requirements; and translates them into appropriate SAP design & configuration solutions, leveraging out-of-box functionality as much as possible, to meet their expected outcomes and needs.
  • Drives alternative ways of working and process improvement opportunities, where appropriate to ensure that standard solution can be implemented.
  • Partners with SAP technical team to ensure architecture, database administration, security, infrastructure, release management, and other technical components supports the overall solution.
  • Works closely with the legacy support, integrations, and data conversion teams to develop and execute on strategy/ approach, processes, and automated options to migrate and/or connect legacy systems to S/4 platform.     
  • Actively participates and ensures completion of other assigned tasks & activities throughout the various phases/ life cycle including but not limited to RFPs, prototyping (conference room pilots), testing, training, cutover, knowledge transfer/ handover, Hypercare, etc.
  • Works with the Project Manager, System Integrator (SI) partner/s, project team members, etc. in status reporting, risks/issues/decisions/dependencies management, organizational change, operational readiness, etc.       
  • Helps build and grow the SAP practice in Boeing.

Basic Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
  • 15+ years of experience in large and complex SAP programs and/or projects (i.e., ECC, S4 HANA) in various functional and/or technical lead (techno-functional) roles; with expertise in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Distribution functions.
  • At least 4 full lifecycle SAP S4 HANA implementations focused on one or combination of Plan to Produce (Pl2Pr), Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (P2P), Close to Report (C2R), and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) modules.
  • Experience in the areas of S/4 HANA data conversion & migration, cutover, integrations, and upgrades.
  • Well versed in SAP best practices, roadmap, and Activate methodology.   .
  • S/4 HANA certified in one or more of the following areas: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Procurement, Finance.
  • Must be legally able to work in location where job/ role is posted.
  • Able to travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Experience leading teams

Preferred/ Advanced Experience and Qualifications

  • Other SAP or S4 HANA certifications (i.e., SAP Activate, etc.).
  • Accredited SAP Trainer - experience in preparing and delivering SAP ECC and S/4 HANA training courses.
  • Experience in SAP-accredited procedures and tools around business process management, data migration, test automation, and release management.
  • PMP and/or Agile (SAFe) certifications.
  • Six Sigma and/or Lean training or certification.
