The Honeywell Product Manager is responsible for developing andoptimizing an offering portfolio strategy based on customerinsights, competitive and market intelligence, and executingthat strategy to optimize the offerings, market position, organicgrowth, and financial return of the product portfolio across theproduct lifecycle. Product Managers work closely with manufacturing and sourcing,engineering and R&D, Honeywell senior executives, sales and fieldsales to maximize the growth, development and return oninvestment of the organizations product portfolio today and inthe future.

The Sr Product Offering Manager is a principal professional role thatsupports the Business Director in successfully managing the Business Linesofferings. The Portfolio will include adsorbent and separation/purificationsolutions into the various non O&G markets (air separation, medical oxygen,environmental contaminant remediation, pharma and semiconductor, etc. They willactively Manage a Complex Portfolio that may include aBreakthrough Initiative (BTI) and/or New BusinessModels and drive improvement initiatives for the Business Lineand across functions. They should have a track record of accomplishments anddemonstrated advanced skill levels across all of the below competencies. Theywill be expected to perform primary responsibilities working across functionsto deliver results. Location of the position is Des Plaines, Illinois orHouston, Texas. Hybrid work schedule.

MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 5 years experience in ProductManagement, Marketing, Sales or R&D Engineering in the Ethylene market or petrochemicalindustry. 
  • Must be US citizen or permanent resident due to USexport control laws

WE VALUE

  • Bachelors Degree in a Technical or Marketing discipline
  • MBA preferred
  • ChemicalEngineering degree
  • Experience in adsorbent and separation/purificationsolutions.
  • Product Management, Marketing, R&DEngineering with a track record of demonstrated recognizable results.
  • Excellent communication and writtenskills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities andnavigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to support sales resources with technicalexpertise and drive growth
  • Excellent client interaction
