Role PurposeThe Load Control Senior Officer is to produce, monitor, release and maintain load control documentation for the aircraft in an efficient, errorless and timely manner in accordance with airlines standards and policies and in compliance with legal and safety requirements as outlined by airlines and various regulatory bodies.terms of Safety, Efficiency, On Time Performance and Procedures are met. Undertake responsibility to ensure all load controllers are compliance with company and airlines requirement.
Key Accountability- Overall in-charge for load control matters related to weight & balance of aircraft and ensure full compliance in terms of Safety, Efficiency, On Time Performance and standard procedures.
- Plans for cargo and baggage load for all the flights within the shift and prepares Zero Fuel Weight (ZFW) / Load Sheet in co-ordination with Cargo and Baggage Conveyor teams.
- Ensure the correct loading of Dangerous Goods onboard the aircraft as per the location specified in the Loading Advice / Load Plan. Continuously coordinates with Baggage Controller, Cargo and Terminal for any change in Load Plan
- Dispatch flight related messages (LDM and CPM) using the approved format. Filing necessary flight documents (if automated filing not applicable, e.g. manual loadsheet)
Qualification & Working ExperienceDiploma or Degree in any field with minimum 1 years working experience in ground handling.
Skills & Knowledge- Good in written and communication skills
- Computer literacy
Key Challenges- To meet Foreign Carrier standard regulation and other regulatory requirments.
- On Time Performance expectation defrences between company policies and foreign carrier
- rules.
