Position Summary
STS Technical Services is hiring a Senior Product Manager in Hagerstown, Maryland. In this role, you will lead strategy, innovation, and lifecycle management for a global line of access equipment. You will own the product roadmap, identify growth opportunities, and work closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to bring impactful solutions to market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead end to end product strategy from concept through launch and lifecycle execution
- Identify new product and market opportunities using customer insights and market analysis
- Partner with engineering, sales, and operations to align product priorities and timelines
- Develop pricing and positioning strategies based on competitive intelligence and market data
- Track performance metrics including profitability, share, and overall product health
- Support field testing, customer demos, and validation initiatives
- Mentor and guide junior product team members to support business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field
- Eight or more years of product management or related experience
- Two or more years of leadership or team management experience
- Background in heavy equipment, access equipment, or construction machinery preferred
- Demonstrated success in product lifecycle management and go to market execution
- Master’s degree such as an MBA is a plus
