Boeing Global Services (BGS) is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager for Level 4 & 5 to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team in Seattle, Washington.

As a key member of the team, the Product Manager will play a critical role in overseeing customer engagements, ensuring the delivery of innovative and impactful solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Developing and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and strategies.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Defining product requirements, features, and priorities based on market insights, customer feedback, and business goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and timelines.
  • Creating and managing the product roadmap, including prioritizing features, setting release timelines, and balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
  • Working closely with development teams to oversee the development and delivery of product features and releases. Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of product milestones.
  • Collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences. Gathering user feedback and conducting usability testing to iterate on product design and functionality.
  • Monitoring product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences. Collaborating with customer support teams to address customer issues and prioritize product improvements.
  • Communicating product updates, milestones, and decisions to internal stakeholders, including executives, team members, and cross-functional teams. Presenting product plans and progress updates in meetings and presentations.
  • Serving as the internal and external champion for the product, advocating for its value proposition and benefits. Building relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers to promote the product and gather feedback.
  • Identifying and evaluating potential strategic partnerships and integrations that can enhance the products value proposition and expand its market reach.
  • Manage product owners and guide multiple scrum teams to drive the delivery and capability of S&M digital products.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in project management/program management, including creating and managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in product management or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile Methodologies or Scaled Agile Framework.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role.
  • Bachelors degree or higher.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting market research, and using insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing.
  • Hold valid Scaled Agile and Salesforce certifications.

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years related work experience, 14 years related work experience, etc.)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years related work experience, 19 years related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Average Pay Summary: $115,600 - $156,400

  $152,150-$205-850
