Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Product Owner – Digital Trust is responsible for enabling United’s cookie and consent platform capabilities across all stages of the customer journey. The Cybersecurity and Digital Risk team is responsible for improving and continuously updating United’s security posture in a way that delivers on our business goals in accordance with our global business requirements and our commitment to Digital Trust. To deliver on Digital Trust United to use and/or build best in class software across our business to keep or data safe and our experiences consistent.

  • Lead efforts to collaborate with digital delivery teams and business division partners to lead Product Vision, Strategy and Product Roadmap
  • Product owner applies data from the market, customers, end users and teams to not only drive product improvements but also drive innovation around emerging business and market needs (leading capabilities and industry trends)
  • Apply value prioritization concepts like cost of delay and delivery risk
  • Engages collaborators throughout the product development cycle using various feedback channels like user group meetings, product demos, customer evaluations, surveys etc
  • Applies Agile principles to capture product requirements, prioritize work by value and enhance ROI
  • Champions and strengthens the team culture through example
  • Ability to craft, communicate, negotiate and galvanize behind a data driven roadmap across a sophisticated collaborator network

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelors degree
  • 9+ years of related experience
  • Privacy, Digital Marketing, Product Roadmapping, KPI/OKR development, team leadership, collaborator management
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

  • Masters degree
  • Technology, Engineering, Product Management, Cybersecurity
  • 11+ years of related experience
  • Experience managing a team of various skill levels, experience, and education
  • CISSP, CIPP
  • Build vs Buy analysis, ROI modeling, technical training

Remote option may be available

Salary range: $132,000- $172,000
