Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Quality Manager (Level L) to support the 737 P8 Quality team in Renton, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a diverse team of employees and first-level managers across multiple Quality Management Job Families, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, policies, and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and quality standards
Formulate and execute organizational and technical strategies that foster innovation and continuous improvement
Provide education and coaching on the Quality System, empowering team members to excel in their roles and contribute to a culture of quality
Acquire and manage resources effectively, leading initiatives that drive process improvements and enhance overall performance
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports to ensure collaborative success
Inspire, develop, and motivate employees and first-level managers, fostering a high-performance culture that embraces change and encourages professional growth
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal role
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
3+ years of experience leading, motivating, and developing others
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience completing process-oriented tasks accurately and in an organized manner
5+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid business acumen, teaming, and excellent stakeholder communication and empathy
Self-starter with strong time management skills to effectively work to and meet deadlines
Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $152,100 - $185,900
