Coordinate, maintain, and improve data and emission metrics, reporting models and sustainability KPIs

Organise and optimise reporting processes

Lead the annual sustainability audit and reporting process including team coordination and support, report design, proofreading

Be the go-to contact for stakeholders, respond to sustainability compliance inquiries from airBaltic partners

Implement any necessary amendments in internal procedures and documentation following the sustainability, fuel and other audits

Conduct annual double materiality, value chain, taxonomy, supply chain due diligence, and sustainability policy reviews

Review sustainability reporting requirements annually and implement updates, if needed

Proven project management experience, preferably sustainability related

Excellent writing and communication skills, both in Latvian and English

Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel) and high AI literacy (DeepL, ChatGPT)

Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and integrate data into clear, accessible reports

Experience with compliance audits, procedure development and implementation, sustainability reporting will be considered an advantage
