Essential Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement short- and long-term workforce strategies, utilizing predictive models to forecast future needs and align resources with organizational goals
Data Analysis & Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data, including hiring trends, turnover rates, performance metrics, and skills gaps, to uncover actionable insights
Process Improvement: Partner with functional managers to identify opportunities for optimizing workforce processes and policies, developing action plans to boost productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Operational Alignment: Ensure seamless integration of workforce strategies with production plans and KPIs, demonstrating accountability for functional, business, and organizational objectives
Reporting & Communication: Prepare detailed reports to monitor key workforce metrics and present findings to senior management, driving informed decision-making
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to workforce management
Lean Leadership: Lead and participate in daily management meetings, Genba walks, and Kaizen events, applying lean methodologies to enable connected flow and achieve productivity goals
Qualifications/Requirements
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Economics, or a related field
Strong experience in manufacturing, workforce analytics, strategic planning, or similar roles
Expertise in workforce planning methodologies and predictive modeling
Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency in MS Office and SAP
Fluency in Italian and English
Work Visa in accordance with local regulation is required

Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously with efficient time management
Ability to work in a matrix organization.
Experience with lean methodologies or Six Sigma
Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools, such as Power BI
