Required Education, Experience, & Skills - ABET-accredited BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Software, Mathematics, or Physics.
- 10 years (8 years with Master's degree) of progressive experience in systems integration and engineering.
- At least 7 year of Test experience and 3 years of ICBM Test experience.
- At least 7 years of experience leading system design, integration, and analytical efforts. Strong leadership skills and a proven record of managing teams/programs, with special emphasis on meeting engineering challenges.
- Knowledge of AFI 99-103 Integrated Test Programs.
- Knowledge of ICBM/SBCM test planning and test conduct.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills DOD acquisitions program experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Digital Engineering or Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) is highly desirable.
Experience with integrating requirements into existing acquisitions lifecycle phases, milestones, and deliverables using systems engineering principles and methodologies is desirable.
Knowledge or experience working with systems engineering tools such as Cameo Enterprise Architecture and Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) is desirable.
Experience with Requirements verification through test, analysis, examination and demonstration.
Experience with Telemetry Systems, Instrumentation, Flight Termination Systems, Integration & Test, Range Safety Requirements (AF-MAN 91-710), Flight Testing.
Prior experience interfacing with prime contractor integrated product team (IPT) leads and USAF leadership personnel.
Technical leadership experience, direction and mentoring to other technical employees in the application of scientific principles, tools and techniques to achieve practical end results.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and meet program commitments in a highly concurrent engineering environment.
Ability to effectively maneuver through political situation and anticipate roadblocks.
Good organizational skills and ability to work with minimal direction.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with ICBM weapon systems, DOD and USAF system safety requirements, or military technology and technical data.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120874 - $205486
