JC Maintenance is currently recruiting for a Sheet Metal Worker to be based in Madrid Airport, Spain. The successful candidate will be working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair.

• Aircraft body structure and parts repair on Ryanair fleet aircraft, in according with approved maintenance data and procedures
• Performing metal assembling operations such as cutting, filling, drilling, countersinking, fitting, shimming, adjusting, clamping, bolting, reaming, riveting and bucking work
• Working with, among others, relevant equipment -Bending machines, English Wheel, Flap Peening, Drill or Grinder as usual working tools
• To find the most suitable repair solutions and implementation in according to the Maintenance Repair Manuals
• Any other duties as requested by your Shift Leader / Hangar Manager 

• Must hold demonstrable of at least 5 years of experience in Sheet Metal Work and Structural Repair
• Previous maintenance experience on B737 is highly desirable
• Knowledge of technical drawing
• Flexible approach to working in fast changing environment
• Must be flexible, including availability to work overtime as and when required
• Ability and willingness to train non-skilled personnel
• Excellent communication skills- fluent English is essential
• Good computer literacy
• Willing to work night/day shifts
• A valid EU/EEA passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union and a valid EU drivers license
