Responsibilities:
Coordinate with technical managers and project managers for installation and start-up procedures
Ensure projects are executed safely, cost-effectively, and within set schedules and budgets
Liaise with project stakeholders including owners, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and internal departments
Plan on-site resources; participate in schedule development, specification drafting, and contractor selection
Communicate daily with clients regarding project schedules and progress
Implement cost-effective schedules for personnel and subcontractors
Assist with material and project plan submission and ensure contract compliance
Document work with photographs and submit daily activity reports
Manage and guide teams during installation and start-up phases
Evaluate personnel actions and ensure health, safety, and quality compliance
Conduct daily meetings with field teams and facilities personnel as needed
Command the commissioning process using software tools for job tracking and reporting
Maintain a safe working environment in line with health and safety protocols
Execute equipment installation and validation tasks
Perform precision alignment of mechanical equipment
Develop and maintain internal and external contacts for installations and support
Write and submit installation and progress reports
Prepare "Scope of Work" specifications for contractors
Support and analyze performance during engine tests and provide recommendations
Technical degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
General knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineering
Proficient with Word, Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the high-tech sector
Completion of OSHA 30-hour training (mandatory)
Experience in supervising staff and contractors
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer service mindset with professional company representation
