Roles and Responsibilities:
Serve as the sites focal point for Quality with customers, headquarters, suppliers, and regulators/auditors while partnering with the Site Manager
Conduct recruitment, selection, development, and promotion of the Quality team
Establish and execute strategic roadmap for process capability and inspection technology
Utilize FLIGHT DECK to drive APPS (At Point Problem Solving) to reduce rework/TAT and increase flow
Drive a robust Root cause corrective action process to assure product compliance to specifications
Coordinate design, project, and system engineers during detailed design, start-up, and warranty administration phases of project
Drive a culture of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, (SQDC) in that order
Partner with cross-functional leadership to assess the operations needs and develop new solutions based upon precedents in the organizations
Work on cross functional teams to cater to the Quality priorities
Build solid relationships with key customers and suppliers, and ensure customer requirements are evaluated, documented and flowed down properly, and products are validated
Present product / program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leaders (EB + ) across GE
Support team development utilizing Quality Excellence Program (QEP)

Flight Deck, or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
