Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the site leader and site staff to develop a short and long-term sustainable strategy for functions such as Hard and Soft Capacity, MRL maturity, APQP, FLIGHT DECK Activation (MPS and DLB), and Delivery Risk Abatement
• Collaborate across the part family with strategy leaders to ensure a cohesive vision exists that achieves the goals of the broader team
• Advanced level of coaching and problem-solving maturity to grow peers and direct reports to promote sustainable solutions
• Manage the transformation of the site’s master planning, material processes and systems, work with fulfillment and production team to develop and mature processes
• Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs
• Optimize inventory and delivery
• Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation
• Interpret simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
• Assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders
• Offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and can construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision
• May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
• Communicate difficult concepts and may influence others options on particular topics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of supply chain operations experience)
• At least an additional 5 years of supply chain operations experience
