Site Supervisor

Task Description:
The Site Supervisor will be the single interface for all Ft. Polk A/C maintenance and supply. Manage day-to-day UH-60 weapon system support including maintenance and logistic support (supply, training, facilities, support equipment, etc.) as well as rotational unit aircraft. Coordinate and manage the technical and administrative operations and all other aspects of the Aviation support program to ensure timely availability of weapon systems to meet specified operational requirements. Ensure Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) meet or exceed contract performance requirements. Provide expertise and advice on weapon system, technical, and logistics matters and the effective use of CMS efforts. Coordinate the Aviation maintenance program in accordance with all applicable Army maintenance management documents and directives.
Task Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Army Aviation Maintenance Program Management and a minimum of 15 years work experience in the fields of rotary wing, organizational or intermediate maintenance activity, with a minimum of eight years supporting Army aircraft.
Basic Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Army Aviation Maintenance Program Management and a minimum of 10 years work experience in the fields of rotary wing, organizational or intermediate maintenance activity, with a minimum of four years’ supporting Army aircraft .
- A minimum of five years as a Maintenance Officer or senior maintenance NCO responsible for aviation weapon system maintenance support and minimum five years of experience supervising Army aircraft maintenance support requirements or civilian equivalents.
- Must be a graduate of the Army AMOC or Senior Enlisted Aviation Maintenance Management Course.
- Site Supervisor shall possess required training, qualifications, proficiency, and security clearances and satisfy all access requirements prior to commencement of work.
Compensation
$90,000/year
Other Compensation
Employees will receive a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.00 for every hour paid up to 40 hours per week.
