Soft Services Manager (Temp Agency)

Job Description:

An opportunity for an General & Site Services Management has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).

The selected candidate will join the General & Site Services Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

-The jobholder supports the “Service” organization of Facility Management & Real Estate Spain (HMSSX) in “Plant” in order to achieve operational and strategic company objectives and functional objectives in full compliance with relevant regulations. And provide general & site services cross divisional and multiple sites to ensure and improve work area and to meet customer needs.

-Manage Facility services and projects such as cleaning, catering, people transportation, office, auxiliary, in cooperation with internal and external partners.

-Manage services and projects for Energy and Waste and ensure application of EHG concepts in all services lines.

-Support and manage services and projects of all Services Lines within FMRE and in particular of Better workplace.

-Ensure customer satisfaction and needs are met by using available resources in the most efficient and effective way. Manage and improve services and suppliers. Monitoring of suppliers to ensure delivery on time, quality and cost.

-Implementation and management of dedicated activities to identify and mitigate risk.

-Support innovation.

-Support informatic systems update, maintenance and deployment. Ensure efficient resources management and project management.

-Collaborates to achieve the expected cost saving targets Coordinate all daily tasks related with “Airbus-CAE” and maintenance suppliers

-Ensure HIGH5&43; objectives ( sustainability, water reduction, Co2, waste...)

SKILLS
