Key Responsibilities- Translate business direction into technical solutions, ensuring commercial and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with solution analysts and solution architects to design and implement scalable IT products and applications
- Drive application development lifecycle, including planning, coding, integration, and continuous improvement
- Act as technical escalation point for Solution Analysts, providing guidance and enforcing best practices
- Stay current with emerging technologies, applying industry best practices to enhance solution design and delivery
- Manage small to medium-scale technical projects, covering planning, execution, and testing (security, performance, integration)
- Oversee development teams and external vendors, contributing to resource planning and technical governance
- Participate in Agile delivery, manage Solution Analysts, and serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical decisions
- Provide mentorship and coaching to Solution Analysts to strengthen technical capabilities and team performance
Requirements- Ability to translate raw product requirements into software architectures and solution designs, including creating technical diagrams for team discussion
- Strong recent hands-on programming experience in Java, Node.js, Python, with solid systems analysis and software development background is a must
- Front-end proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, React, TypeScript, and responsive design; familiarity with modern frameworks is an advantage
- Back-end development expertise in Python, Java Spring Boot, Node.js, and microservices architecture
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker Compose, Podman Compose, Kubernetes, or ROSA
- Web development knowledge, preferably Adobe Experience Manager, aligned with W3C standards and SEO best practices
- Cloud and managed services experience, especially AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, ElastiCache), and managed open-source services (MongoDB Atlas, RDS MySQL, Redis Enterprise Cloud)
- Strong experience in secure, high-volume transactional system design, including integration with message-based middleware, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and solid database/ETL knowledge
- Advanced software engineering practices including Agile, DevOps, Design Thinking, SDLC, coding standards, code review, testing, and operations; experience in both agile and waterfall
- Operational responsibilities including full SDLC participation, L2/L3 production support, Scrum SME involvement, and a passion for continuously learning new technologies and business domains
- Strong knowledge in security and compliance practices and technologies
