Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR and Talent teams to ensure alignment across the hiring targets and progress and engage with Universities/Colleges to bring PW value and market presence.
  • Assess and evaluate current and planned digital project profile and initial Change Management needs.
  • Partner with the business and leverage the CORE Operating System to identify and prioritize use cases where process automation and delivery of data as a product would be most impactful for our strategic objectives.
  • Represent the P&W Global Change Management Office to access change management tools and techniques.
  • Lead stakeholder and change impact analysis sessions.
  • Create a compelling vision for change for the business and customer, highlighting ‘what’s in it for them.’
  • Represent the P&W Global Change Management Office to create Change Management strategies and roadmaps based on change impact assessments.
  • Detail Change Management planning, execution and follow-up including:
    • Communication strategy 
    • Training strategy 
    • Coaching and engagement meetings 
    • Sponsor alignment
    • Resistance management plan
    • Metric and Adoption principles
    • Change Impact Analysis / Assessment
    • Strategic and Tactical attributes
  • Define and measure key Change Management success factors and metrics.
  • Be an Organization Change Champion & drive for readiness of next level Change Champions from Business
  • Establish MOR (Monthly Operating Rhythm) with Leaders on program initiatives & greenfield & brownfield projects adoption metrics. Highlight impediments & drive for closure.
  • Facilitate Lessons Learned and retrospective sessions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in change management, project management strategy, logistics, or similar program management role is required.
  • At least 5 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and manage deadlines.
  • Willingness to pursue Change Management Certification
  • Project and Risk Management Process
  • ASSET: understanding Requirements Management, Configuration Management, Enterprise Architecture, Technical Solution, Testing, Build, Quality, Implementation, deployment, and Support  Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CORE Certified with Event Leadership experience.
  •  Agile and Scrum training and/or experience.
  • Participation in Employee Engagement / Culture initiatives.

  • People and Organizational Change Management
    • ASSET: Prosci-ADKAR, APMG, ACMP or other Change Management Certificates
  • Hands on experience as a Change Management Specialist with large scale IT and applicative projects and initiatives impacting diverse stakeholder groups (examples: PLM, ERP, SAP, CRM, SDLC etc.)
  • Ability to immerse in projects in progress and be able to tailor CM activities based on project needs.
  • Understanding of project and product development lifecycles and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and other delivery methods)
  • Experience working in large organizations with multiple and large-scale Change and Transformation initiatives ASSET: Experience as a Project/Program Manager or Lead

Basic understanding and Usage of:

  • MS-Word, MS-Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS-Project, Visio, Office 365 / Teams
  • ASSET: Graphics Design background
  • ASSET: Agile, Lean, Kanban, 6 Sigma etc.
