As a Sr Contracts Manager, you will be using your skills and expertise to administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate our standard and nonstandard contracts. Youll be responsible for examining estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Youll advise management of contractual rights and obligations and ensure our contracting activities provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment.

Must-haves:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field of study
    • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
    • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • 10&43; years experience with government contracting
  • Experience with & working knowledge of the FAR & DFARS
  • Ability to navigate multiple networks with limited support
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required. Learn more about the background check process for Security Clearances 

Preferred:

  • Previous legal experience
  • NCMA or DAWAI certification
  • Proficient with MS Office Tools
  • Previous supervisory experience

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $159,430.15 - $219,216.46. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants.
