Asa Senior Product Marketing Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsiblefor developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive thesuccess of our Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) Mobility portfolio. Inthis role you will be part of a dynamic and exciting regional team and willcollaborate with cross-functional teams such as Offering Management and Sales tounderstand customer needs, conduct market research, and develop compellingmessaging and positioning for our products. Your strategic thinking andcreativity will be essential in creating and implementing marketing campaignsthat effectively promote our PSS solutions and drive customer engagement andadoption.

Reporting directly to our Marketing Director, youll work out of our Charlotte,NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

You will have a significant impact on the success of our US&C PSS business.Your ability to understand customer needs and market trends will help shape ourproduct roadmap and drive revenue growth. Your expertise in marketing strategyand campaign execution will contribute to the overall success of our PSSportfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive successful New Product Introductions (NPIs) in theUS&C region, e.g., developing regional launch plan; training for bothinternal and external stakeholders; assisting with pipeline build; promotions; managingEnd of Life (EOL)
  • Collaborate withcross-functional teams to understand customer needs and market trends
  • Conduct market research andcompetitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop compelling messaging andpositioning for our PSS solutions (new and sustaining)
  • Create and implement marketingcampaigns to drive customer engagement and adoption
YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Proven experienceof at least 8 years in product marketing or related roles
  • Strong analytical and strategicthinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communicationand presentation skills
  • Be process driven and highly organized
  • Driven and accountable to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-pacedand dynamic environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects ata single time and manage priorities
