Join a team of finance professionals to support finance decisions with Intelligrated, a Honeywell business. We support the financial landscape, speed, quality and cost efficiency thru budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. You will play a meaningful role in managing financial performance and implementing finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. Support Honeywell Supply Chain business leaders and support to drive finance initiatives and decisions. We also play an important part in identifying trends and developments in competitive environments and support the management outcome decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with ISC Leadership including Sr. Director Finance, Sr. Directors ISC Operations, and Plant Directors to improve productivity and profitability
- Business finance partner driving Monthly Operating Reviews with your Operating Partners to Senior Leadership
- Forecast, analyze, report and drive factory productivity
- Drive work standardization, continuous improvement, and use of digital tools
- Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process
- Support Strategic Planning and major projects
- Finance gatekeeper for supply chain headcount costs and indirect spend
- Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as required
MUST HAVE
- 8+ years of Finance experience including roles in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Understanding of or experience in Supply Chain Finance
- Oracle, HFM and Tableau experience
- Strong Excel and presentation skills
- Ability to travel (domestic and international) as required
