Purpose of Position
At FlightSafety International, we’re shaping the future of aviation training. As the Sr. Manager, Brand & Content, you will play a critical role in strengthening FSI’s brand presence across both digital and physical touchpoints for all FSI business segments, with a key focus on business aviation training.
You’ll lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility, support business growth, and ensure consistency across audiences—from pilots and maintenance technicians to corporate partners and internal teams. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends strategy with execution and requires a strong sense of brand stewardship.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
- Translate brand positioning into cohesive marketing programs and campaigns across FSI and its portfolio businesses.
- Maintain and evolve brand and writing guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging.
- Serve as a brand steward, overseeing brand consistency and reputation management for training centers, collateral, internal and external brand properties, the FlightSafety website, landing pages, and other channels.
- Provide strategic oversight for brand-led events, sponsorships, and internal experiences, ensuring alignment with the brand identity and strategic goals.
Content, Campaign, & Channel Execution
- Develop and manage a content and distribution strategy aligned with brand messaging, business priorities, and audience needs across all segments.
- Oversee organic social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
- Partner across departments to create a comprehensive content calendar that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and internal initiatives.
- Craft clear, compelling content for key audiences across digital and offline channels.
- Work with internal stakeholders and editorial team to produce high-quality content that supports thought leadership, customer engagement, and growth.
- Monitor performance and engagement metrics across distribution channels to inform future improvements and identify new opportunities.
Product & Partner Marketing
- Collaborate with product, IT, operations, and sales to support go-to-market strategies for new offerings, enhancements, and services.
- Build materials that help articulate our value proposition to customers, partners, and internal audiences.
- Develop content that aligns with strategic priorities across the marketing and sales funnel.
Leadership & Management
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to a small team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee workload prioritization, career development, and goal alignment for direct reports, ensuring team efforts are aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
