Job overview and responsibilities
Manages planning, funding and logistical functions that support (GSE) ground service equipment for a fleet of 40k assets and facility maintenance operations including terminal, campus and building maintenance. Provides daily support in carrying out GSE Fleet and Facility Asset long-term strategies by ensuring all locations have the right amount and type of equipment and assets to support station capabilities at the optimum total cost of ownership. Communicates directly with internal GSE/Facilities maintenance leaders, station end-users and corporate organizations to assess station priorities and implement sound processes and solutions.
- Oversees process for evaluating customer equipment requests and making deployment decisions based on mission requirements, aircraft effectivity, station modeling methodologies, equipment capabilities, environmental (including eGSE) and federal / local governance
- Manages project execution on a variety of initiatives to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope for GSE and Facilities projects. Confers with project personnel across organizations to identify and resolve problems
- Performs financial analysis (business case development, capital funding requests, spend forecasting) and directs detailed analysis of performance trends for both GSE and Facilities needs; must be able to
- Serves as internal consultant to department stakeholders to ensure best practices across group, managing processes including warranty enforcement, supplier evaluation/contracting, and proper procurement system usage
QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant work experience (Finance, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management)
- 5+ years experience in achieving goals and/or corporate deliverables working across multiple organizations
- 1+ years of people leadership
- Experience in managing projects and leadership communications
- Proven track record for decisive actions backed by strategic planning, continuous improvement, analytical thinking, goal-directed leadership and service-oriented performance
- Delivers results through leadership, direction, alignment and motivation
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and presentation experience with executive-level audiences
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Masters degree or 6 years of relevant work experience
- Work in FP&A, Engineering, Analytics organizations
- Knowledge/experience with data visualization tools, programming languages, familiarity with GSE/Facilities
The base pay range for this role is $124,735.00 to $162,388.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
