Honeywells ACST team is seeking a proactive Sr. Manager of Offering Management for our Broomfield, CO location. We are also considering applicants in our Golden Valley, MN and Chandler, AZ locations.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

 

As the Offering Manager for Cryogenic Solutions at Honeywell, your key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps to establish Honeywell as a leader in full-spectrum cryogenic solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and identify impactful problems to solve.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive growth, including business development and sales efforts.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration for offering strategy execution.
  • Drive portfolio strategy, roadmap development, and market analysis.
  • Develop pricing, messaging, and positioning for offerings.
  • Become a subject matter expert for ACST offerings.
  • Create sales materials and enable sales teams with concrete value propositions.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform business strategies.
  • Plan and implement product launches, measuring success.
  • Engage in public speaking at industry events to influence business direction.
  • Build relationships with program managers and engineers for product development.
  • Proactively drive portfolio decisions, investment planning, and marketing strategies for cryogenic products.

 

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS

US Citizenship is required due to contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 8+ years of product management experience and 5+ years of experience in marketing

 

WE VALUE:

•         MBA in Marketing with significant coursework in Finance

•         Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics

  • Knowledge of cryogenics and electromechanical systems
  • Experience with creating business models, including catalog pricing, service plans, or subscription models
  • Experience with technology startups or a startup culture
  • Experiencing leading and building individuals and teams
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and developing complex financial and marketing models
  • Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to develop professional PowerPoint slides
  • Able to identify and implement solutions despite high degrees of ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Ability to influence and partner in a matrix organization
