Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Senior Property Management Specialist to support Product Manager Tactical Spectrum Warfare (PdM TSW) on all matters related to property management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Evaluate, plan, develop, and assure the implementation of corrective actions associated with property-related matters.
- Ability to monitor contracts to ensure adequate control and care of government property, property accountability, maintenance, and appropriate utilization of Government property.
- Audit the contractors development of procedures for accounting, protecting, maintaining, utilizing, and storing of Government property in accordance with the terms of the contract and regulations.
- Ensure property control is in accordance with the provisions of FAR, Department of Defense (DOD) Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and other pertinent guidelines.
- Monitor inbound/outbound logistics, packing/wrapping of outbound shipments, and coordination for commercial and/or government shipment of program property.
- Develop interfaces with other agencies for property requirements and confer with prime contractors on property matters to assure management of government property.
- Perform and/or participate in PM EW&C’s Managers’ Internal Control Program; provide support to Internal Control Evaluator (ICE) for Internal Controls.
- Attend conferences with key stakeholders and higher headquarters to develop, coordinate, and obtain agreement relative to Government property, and explain policies, plans, directives, and procedures pertinent to all assigned functions and programs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
- Thorough knowledge of logistics and supply regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions applicable to Army property management.
- Experience conducting searches for required information; reconstructing records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support for activities involving specialized or unique supplies, equipment, or parts.
- Experience performing routine aspects of logistics and supply work based on practical knowledge of standard procedures, where assignments include individual case problems related to a limited segment in one of the major areas of supply management.
- Familiarity with monitoring inbound/outbound logistics, packing/wrapping of outbound shipments, and coordination for commercial and/or government shipment of program property
- Demonstrated experience, and familiarity with DPAS or other Accountable Property System Record (APSR) (i.e., Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) system, G-Army, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required to coordinate with Army Futures Command representatives, multiple PEO representatives, as well as internal and external PM and PdM representatives.
- Ability to self-start, multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior level personnel.
Clearance
DoD Secret Clearance entry; ability to attain a Top Secret/SCI
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree; Seven (7) additional years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
Other Qualifications
- Ability to travel up to 25 required to Army and contractor locations within CONUS.
- Ability to work in office/field/lab environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is 0 to $165,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAGs total compensation package for employees.
