Role Overview:As the Senior Strategy Leader, you will be responsible for developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance competitive positioning. This full-time role is based in Evendale, OH, with additional opportunities to work in Lynn, MA, or Washington, DC. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, lead cross-functional teams, and play a critical role in shaping the long-term vision of Edison Works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead cross-functional teams to shape strategic initiatives and build consistent processes for resource allocation and strategic investments.
- Collaborate with senior executives to ensure alignment and support for strategic projects.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects, making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with long-term goals.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Communicate strategic objectives into clearly defined outcomes and report progress to stakeholders, including employees, investors, and board members.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

They possess strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, thrive in dynamic environments, and are passionate about driving business growth and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related field) + 5 years experience in strategic planning, business development or a related field
- Proven track record of leading successful strategic initiatives and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with comfort presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and business analysis tools.
- Experience operationalizing strategy by setting operational cadence, establishing KPIs, and evaluating performance.
- Strategy consulting experience in the aerospace industry, preferably with defense industry expertise.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

The base pay range for this position is $160,800.00-257,200.00 The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on July 25th.
