Manage and maintain the EKSC network-wide Standards and Procedures for cargo operations, including Document Management functions. Ensure all controlled documentation complies with the EKSC Quality Management Framework and reflects evolving business requirements. Ensure full compliance with internal policies, as well as national and international regulatory, security, customs, and other applicable standards and regulatory programmes.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the development, maintenance, and compliance of Cargo Operations Procedures and Quality Manuals for the EKSC network and work instructions for cargo operations at Dubai Hub operations DXB and DWC, ensuring alignment with the Quality Management Framework and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the authoring, version control, review, approval, distribution, and archiving of all cargo-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Lead communication of process, procedure, system, and policy changes to all relevant stakeholders through effective channels.
- Work with Emirates Airport Operations (EKAS), dnata and other business units to ensure alignment and protection of SkyCargo?s commercial and operational interests in standards and procedures.
- Manage embargo policy governance across the network and lead related negotiations and risk mitigation to support operational and commercial needs.
- Lead regulatory audit preparations, certification, and re-certification processes; review audit findings and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage the 24/7 Standards and Procedures network support team and approve controlled transportation movements under managed exceptions.
QualificationTo be considered for the role you must meet the below requirements:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
- 8+ Years experience in Logistics/Cargo.Air Cargo
- Experience in document management, airport and/or cargo operations and international regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in business improvement and quality management and excellent influencing skills.
- Experience working with divers teams and worldwide international operations.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
