Job Title: Station Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to manage day-to-day operations at our LAX station, which includes overseeing a team of 18-20 people. This role involves ensuring safety, performance, and customer satisfaction while keeping schedules, budgets, and quality standards on track. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to maintain smooth and efficient operations, delivering top-tier service to our customers. A valid A&P license is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the LAX station.
- Oversee safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain efficient operations.
- Provide top-tier service to customers.
Essential Skills
- Valid A&P License.
- Solid technical understanding of commercial aircraft maintenance.
- Minimum of five years in a line maintenance leadership role.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with commercial airlines and fractional operators.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with B767, A319, A320, A321, B737, B777 & E190 aircraft.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
- Open to working weekends is a plus but not mandatory.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate controlled environment outdoors in San Francisco, where the weather is generally on the colder side year-round. The role involves a morning shift from Monday to Friday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
