Description:The Subsidiary Governance & Compliance Vendor, Tool and Process Management and OneLM Transformation (1LMX) Professional will be responsible for vendor and process management and 1LMX initiatives for the Subsidiary Governance team within the Corporate Secretary’s Office (CSO) and support the International Subsidiary Governance and Compliance Professional and the U.S. Subsidiary Governance and Compliance Professional.

Vendor, Tool and Process Management and Enhancement and 1LMX Initiative Driver
-Develop, implement, and monitor systems, workflow processes and procedures, and document retention policies to ensure entity compliance (to include docketing / calendaring of compliance requirements and tools to enable real-time understanding of entity compliance postures, electronic recordkeeping where permitted by law/regulation, etc.)
- Regularly review processes and procedures to facilitate efficient delivery of compliance and business support services from the team (including start/stop/continue assessments) and develop and implement standard desktop procedures for routine tasks
-Serve as administrator of the Subsidiary Management system of record and digital tools; assess and implement innovative web-based solutions to evolve the team’s knowledge management; and develop and implement digitization strategy.
- Implement legal records management best practices and records retention policy; organize and maintain Subsidiary Governance compliance files and periodically review and update links from the Corporate Secretary SharePoint site and associated training and user guides and manuals
- Serve as project manager for third-party services vendors, including international law firms, monitoring their effectiveness and addressing any concerns with appropriate points of contact
- Develop and manage team budgets and supervise and approve the payment of third party invoices as directed by the Subsidiary Governance Senior Manager. Run monthly spend reports and review with senior manager/brief on spend against budget
- Independently manage workload through support from team members and vendors, ensuring consistent operational efficiency
- Leverage vendors to ensure maximum efficiency in workflow and effective use of vendor fees.

Subsidiary Governance Support
- Ensure each Lockheed Martin subsidiary is compliant with local laws and regulations and manage governance framework for Lockheed Martin subsidiaries
- Support entity formation, dissolution, registration, and director and officer changes in a timely, efficient, and compliant manner
- Utilize third party vendors in a cost-effective and efficient manner to support compliance objectives
- Interpret, with appropriate legal support, U.S. and non-U.S. laws and regulations related to entity governance and management
- Support the drafting and review, and execution of resolutions, certificates, correspondence, statutory reports and other corporate documents under attorney supervision and support team member efforts to do the same
- Support other CSO activities as requested
- Holds self and others accountable for results; solicits and acts on feedback and supports leadership priorities
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably with subsidiary management, regulatory compliance, or contracts/subcontracts experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client service orientation and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with business area / functional customers - Motivated, growth-minded, detail-oriented, self-starter mentality
- Ability to apply creative approaches to problem-solving
- Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of work
- Excellent written / verbal communications and organizational / planning skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
