Monitor work of employees completing daily repair and manufacturing operations for incoming workload for C-5, C-17, C-130, F-15, J-STARS, RQ-4 Global Hawk and other workload as required.
Duties
- Perform all supervisory actions associated with contract to include timekeeping, investigations of quality defects, and preparing reports as assigned
- Receive daily assignments from customer and assign work to employees
- Attend all customer required meetings
- Plan current and future work schedules, budget requests, staffing needs, estimates, and recommendations as to scheduling projected work
- Communicate directions to the workforce
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Must be a liaison between Tyonek's workforce, the customer, and management
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within RAFB operation
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least five years direct applicable or equivalent experience in functional area of repair and manufacturing
- Must have at least 2 years of supervision experience
- Must have experience in all aspects of safety to include OSHA requirements, documentation, HAZMAT, training/licensing/certifications and scheduling
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to pass a background check, which could include a criminal history and credit check for access to Government facilities.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
