The Transportation Supervisor leads a team of 20+ transportation team members responsible for ensuring all flights receive the right product, at the right time, every time. This role oversees daily transportation operations in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive airline environment, with a strong focus on safety, execution, and service reliability. The Transportation Supervisor is accountable for coordinating drivers, routes, and schedules to support on‑time departures while maintaining full compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
This is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, engaging with teams, and solving real‑time operational challenges. The ideal candidate thrives in a production environment, actively monitors performance and safety, and leads by example to foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Location: near O’Hare International Airport
Schedules: We service the airline industry and operate 24/7. We are hiring for evening and overnight shifts.
