To support the training of Flight Attendants and all aspects of the Inflight Department regarding training, including record keeping, audits, manuals applicable to Inflight and classroom/Instructor support. This is demonstrated by a culture of safety always and genuine caring, and promoting our company Purpose, Values, and Vision.
This position will start out as a remote role, but candidates must be willing to relocate in the future once we open our training facility.
Responsibilities and Outcomes
- Responsible for coordination and development of training curriculum and materials. This includes training and calibration of Instructors for all Inflight Training.
- Responsible for assisting with Flight Attendant Manual revision and distribution process. Assist with other departmental communications.
- SMS/risk assessment and safety assurance audit process
- Record Keeping for all Inflight Qualified personnel.
- Effective communication and coordination with all department Crewmembers (Airports, Flight Ops, Tech Ops) is achieved performing as “one crew”.

Requirements
Basic Requirements
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings as Inflight representative
- Balancing and sequencing multiple projects and objectives at a time
- Working under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Ability to travel as needed to locations
Education/Experience Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of airline Inflight experience in operations or training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Project
- Curriculum development and instructional design experience preferred.
- Technical writing and publication management experience preferred
- Prior flight attendant experience is preferred
