Works to minimize post-delivery modifications or costs (keeping Post-Delivery Agreement (PDA) issues near zero) by catching errors early. Champions continuous improvement by integrating customer feedback and industry best practices, with the goal of maximizing client satisfaction (maintaining top WOW customer experience scores) and driving efficient, error-free project execution.
  • Production Alignment & Influence: Maintain strong relationships and exercise influence within the production environment to guarantee timely access to critical phases aircraft interior assembly.
