The primary focus of this role is personnel and scheduling of product.
Responsible for maintenance leads assigned, scheduling, coaching, attendance, and disciplinary action of employees under his/her supervision.
§ Resolution of Maintenance Lead obstacles
§ Scheduling of daily work
§ Tracking of attendance, tardiness, etc.
§ Collaborates with other managers and supervisors on sharing resources
§ Works with support roles on material shortages
§ Schedules overtime, as needed
§ Updates Tier boards and manages Tier meetings
§ Ensures tool cycle tags are stamped.
§ Tracks work in process, reviews material and labor variances, and makes recommendations.
