What are your contributions to the team?
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of pricing professionals to ensure high performance and continuous development.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively, monitor individual and team performance, provide regular feedback and coaching, and promotes team engagement.
- Ensure compliance with established pricing policies, procedures, and deadlines to maintain operational excellence.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular reports on pricing effectiveness, margin performance, and competitive positioning.
- Identify opportunities to streamline pricing processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of pricing tools, systems, and documentation to support continuous improvement.
- Manage the execution of pricing updates and system changes across internal platforms.
- Lead team initiatives to investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies swiftly, minimizing financial and operational impact as well as formulate actionable recommendations for long-term resolution.
- Facilitate and foster collaboration between the pricing team and cross-functional departments including Sales, Procurement, Programs, Product Managers, Material Logistics and Finance.
- Clearly communicate pricing strategies, updates, and decisions to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Represent department during manager’s absence.

- You master the fundamentals of Pricing.
- You have high-level of proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerBI.
- You have aptitude in developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
- You are bilingual, English – French, both written and spoken.
- An MBA or CMA would be considered an asset.
- Experience with statistical analysis would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge and/or experience working with SAP would be an asset.
