Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Previous and solid experience in manufacturing
Able to read and understand technical drawings and instructions
Knowledge of machining & post machining processes
Strong team building skills
Basic English and Italian language knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Desired Characteristics :
Previous experience in LPT (Low Pressure Turbine) casings and M&I (Marine & Industrial) Frames
Previous experience in a similar role will be considered a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute assignments to ensure successful completion within defined timelines and quality standards
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and resources effectively, ensuring alignment with Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost (SQDC) objectives
Proficiency in lean manufacturing tools and methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to apply them to drive process improvements, eliminate waste, and optimize production efficiency
Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance operational performance
Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex processes, identify root causes, and develop data-driven solutions
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively lead and inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive results
Ability to engage and motivate team members, promoting a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
