This Supplier Account Manager will report to the Supply Chain Manager within Power & Controls Afterspanet Operations. You should possess outstanding leadership, interpersonal and project management skills. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills to interface with peers, management and Collins’ Aerospace Senior Leadership. You will be responsible for specific project deliverables, decision support assistance and support of operational and organizational performance.
This role requires attention to detail, the ability to focus on results and strong analytical skills to drive the success of our organization. You will receive several projects or functions based on your specific skill set and interests. These may include Pricing File maintenance, Contract Compliance Matrix generation, negotiation support, supplier management, delivery assurance, supplier performance assessment/corrective action and Quality oversight and management.
You should be energized by disseminating large amounts of data and drawing conclusions. You will collaborate with internal and external entities such as Supplier repair stations, Customer Administration, Accenture, Collins Supply Chain and Program Management.
Research suppliers to ensure that the organizations standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply is met.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
