Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Supply Chain In-Service Support Fleet Manager (Level K) to join our Supply Chain In-Service Support team in Seattle, Washington or Seal Beach, California.

  

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Lead supply chain team supporting Fleet Chief Office and in-service airline customers.

  • Ensure integration and collaboration with stakeholders, including Program, Customer Support, Design Engineering, Production Supply Chain, Value Stream Integration, Warranty, and Boeing Global Services (BGS).

  • Utilize supply chain experience to remove roadblocks, drive resolution, and increase stakeholder trust and satisfaction.

  • Manage direct engagement with operators to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, airplane reliability and Maintenance Lifecycle Operating Cost (MLOC).

  • Oversee the management and resolution of top fleet issues for assigned program.

  • Engage in complex technical issues.

  • Execute strategies to increase velocity and reduce financial impact to Boeing and the operator.

  • Oversee activities related to managing Supplier issues from root cause identification, corrective action implementation through to retrofit programs.

  • Support Regional VPs and Program leaders using effective communication and project management best practices.

  • Develop executive level supply chain presentation materials for use at Program meetings, Fleet Team Conferences, Airline Executive Review Meetings (ERM) and Technical Review Meetings (TRM).

  • Applicable and appropriate credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

  • Some travel, including international, may be required.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 4+ years of experience with supply chain operations or contracts

  • Less than 1 year of experience leading teams

  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience supporting in-service contracts

  • Bachelor’s degree

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range:  $125,100 - $152,900
