As a Technical Systems Integration Manager, you will:

• Report to the FBM Senior Manager for Sustainment Systems Integration with respect to the generation, consensus, and promulgation of technical systems positions and impacts statements in coordination with Sustainment Chief Systems Engineers and appropriate Responsible Systems Engineers.

• Manage and direct a small team of FBM Sustainment Systems Integration personnel for the lead/coordination of program problem investigations, flight test preparation issues, and emergent concerns at the system level.

• Coordinate resources, priorities, and synergistic efforts between other frontline leaders within Sustainment Systems Integration as well as other Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test departments.

• Brief and align outcomes and priorities with regards to technical systems positions and impacts statements with SSP program management office and headquarters personnel as appropriate.

• Be responsible for providing local functional oversight to engineers within technical discipline.

• Evaluate integration personnel for performance reviews/management, promotions, merits, and career development.

• Provide solution based technical mentoring to improve program performance and to drive error free integration through the use of proven tools, processes and predictive measures.

• Work collaboratively with the program and functional senior leadership to manage staffing requirements and plan job assignments / rotations to sustain engineering capabilities and critical skills.

Candidate must possess ability to lead and multi-task in a demanding and dynamic workplace consistent with Full Spectrum Leadership Imperatives. Candidate shall model personal excellence, integrity, accountability, and technical excellence while leading assigned employees.
Basic Qualifications:
• Broad Systems Engineering experience (e.g. System Architecture and Design, Systems documentation, System requirements, CONOPS, Systems verification)

• Experience in Missile Subsystem Product Development, Production, or Sustainment

• Demonstrated experience managing cost, schedule and technical performance

• Demonstrated leadership skills and whole Systems thinking

• Experience with managing multiple deployed architectures

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience on FBM program

• Missile System or Missile Subsystem integration experience

• Demonstrated experience interfacing with customers, subcontractors, and senior management

• Demonstrated ability to interact with cross functional team members in establishing system test requirements

• Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering

• Experience with validating the architecture and verifying the requirements tied to it

• Ability to lead multi-functional teams and lead multiple teams to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals

• Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate

• CAM certified

• Active Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
