We are looking for a talented individual with experience in Talent Management to join our People Strategy team. This position will support the talent management processes to include talent calibration, succession planning, performance management, talent pools and help to create and track development plans to meet the organization's needs.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years of progressively responsible related HR experience.

Position Purpose:

The Consultant Talent Management will lead efforts to enable success of Gulfstream employees through progressive talent management programs and initiatives. The Consultant will provide leadership and ensure execution of talent calibration, succession planning, performance management, talent pools and development plans to meet the organization's needs.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  1. Lead talent management programs such as Talent Calibration, Performance Management, Succession Planning, gap analysis, talent pools and development plans .
  2. Create and implement tools and resources for talent management programs. This includes managing the administration of the talent management software and input of confidential data into succession planning system .
  3. Collaborate with various leaders throughout the People Team Centers of Excellence to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness related to performance management, talent calibration, succession planning, goal setting, development discussions, etc.
  4. Create and deliver talent insight analytics related to talent management programs .

Additional Functions:

  1. Remains current on all trends in talent management and talent aviation industry trends .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

  1. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Computer literacy strong enough to serve as a system administrator and point-of-contact for departmental systems.
