We are looking for a dynamic and highly professional Team Leader Passenger Services that will help ensure that the highest levels of safety, compliance and operational performance is achieved for the entire Norwegian passenger and operations activities at Copenhagen Airport

Place of work is Copenhagen Airport (CPH) and your daily tasks is to be responsible for management of team while on shift so that highest levels of safety, compliance, customer service and operational performance is achieved by the team.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

  • Relevant experience in a customer service or station control role within aviation/travel industry.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage a large dynamic team on shift.
  • Strong customer focus in developing customer centricity process.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, with individuals and groups, ensuring effective flow of information in terms of awareness and understanding.
  • Full knowledge and understanding of key function areas of customer service areas, check-in, ticketing, gates, arrivals, and transfer/service desks.
  • Ability to work effectively with peers and other business units.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Recording attendance of staff and assisting the Duty Manager to cover any shortfalls in uncovered shifts.
  • Allocating tasks for RH at CPH airport, covering all areas of service, check-in, gates, and arrivals.
  • Ensure the highest standards of delivery in, customer service, on time performance and revenue collection completely aligned to Norwegian policies and procedures.
  • Communication through consistent reporting, good handovers and clear details on incidents or operational issues.
  • Ensure all key function areas are covered with resources and all services are provided in a timely manner.
  • Sign off key training functions for staff at gates, arrivals, check-in, and ticketing in conjunction with Training Officer.
  • Address any basic performance or conduct related issues with Customer Service Agents or Lead Customer Service Agents, but always escalate to Duty Managers for more formal performance related follow up.
  • Motivational leader to teams to promote outstanding performance and service delivery.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support Norwegian Operational requirements as maybe required.
  • Support and assist in case of conflicts.
  • Covering of shifts by sickness/uncovered shifts.
  • Based at CPH Airport but some travel may be required to support operations around the network.
